All Services Will Require A Security Deposit
All inquired services will be accompanied by a contract and agreement to look over, read, and discuss before signing. All sales are final when both parties sign contracts. RENTAL AGREEMENT
Dazzle Avenue LLC Pricing, Availability Pricing and date availability is guaranteed when Rental agreement is signed, Credit Card Authorization is filled, and 50% deposit is paid. Custom Rentals require 100% payment.
Rental Delivery and Setup Fee Rental delivery, set up, take down, and pick-up costs are included in rate. Required Deposit/Paperwork Rental services require a signed Rental Agreement, Credit Card Authorization, approved Information sheet, and 50% deposit. Custom Rentals require 100% payment upfront.
Final payment with changes, substitutions and final counts are due eight weeks prior to the event. Some items may be ordered or customized just for your order. These orders may not be changed within six weeks of your event.
There is an additional $50 charge if event is outside of Loop 1604. Photography Release By signing this agreement, you give Dazzle Avenue LLC (Aaron Rodriguez) permission to use the photos at your event on our website, advertisements, materials, social media, etc.
Dazzle Avenue LLC will deliver, set up, take down, and pick up. Customer may not disassemble our rentals. This is to prevent damage that will cost you.
If you, the customer, will not be available during delivery and pick-up, it is the customer(s) responsibility to coordinate with the venue/ wedding coordinator to ensure all items are delivered and set up in correct location.
Dazzle Avenue LLC will have you, the customer, or venue or wedding coordinator sign after set up to ensure setup and delivery and quality is in place.
Dazzle Avenue LLC will have you, the customer, or venue or wedding coordinator sign after pickup to ensure all items have been collected.
Customer assumes full responsibility of item upon possession, and agrees to pay full replacement cost (replacement includes labor costs) for lost or damaged items. Damages will be charged on credit card on file. Please be sure all equipment is secured from abuse, misuse, and protected from the weather.
Dazzle Avenue LLC (Aaron Rodriguez) does not issue refunds for any reason, including inclement weather. Should bad weather or wind become an issue, Dazzle Avenue LLC (Aaron Rodriguez) reserves the right to refuse or release such items and offer a substitution of in- stock items to help facilitate and indoor function.
The client assumes all risks and hardships involved with having an outdoor event. Please discuss “Plan B” with your coordinator. It is our desire that your event go as smoothly as possible. However, if you choose to chance the weather, the client assumes full responsibility for wind and weather damages.
If Dazzle Avenue LLC (Aaron Rodriguez) arrives for a delivery and the weather is bad or impending, we will call you or a contact person to discuss options. Please always provide an additional contact name and number should you be unavailable the day of your event.
Payment Terms 50% Deposit is due at booking.
The remaining final payment is due 4 to 2 weeks prior to your event.
Custom Rentals require 100% payment at booking.
A valid credit card must be kept on file. The credit card will be used for damages, missing items, late fees, replacement fees, cleaning fees, or added services as outlined above.
If you submit a check that is subsequently returned, you will be required to pay in cash or credit/debit card only.
A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks.
Credit Card Payments - Payments could be made in person, or online invoice(s) emailed to you by Squareup.
Payment for Damaged/Missing Items Damage Items – Pick up associate is not responsible to check for damaged items. Items are inspected the following day or same day depending on rental preference. Photos of damages will be submitted as proof upon request. Damages will be charged the following day to credit/debit card on file.
Missing items are checked at pick up. You will be charged if any items are missing for replacement fees after inspection for damages.
All order/service changes must be placed in writing or emailed as to avoid any confusion. A detailed invoice will be submitted following any changes to your order by email.
Additional services require an appropriate deposit and will be charged to your credit/debit card unless other terms are specified.
Emails are considered legal and binding and do not require a signature to be valid. If changes are made the day of the event, a responsible party must sign for them upon delivery, pay with cash, or the credit/debit card will be billed automatically.
Substitutions are allowed with a 14 day notice. No substitutions are allowed within fourteen (14) days of the event. Items may be allowed based on availability.
Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event has been scheduled, all other clients have been refused to your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable within eight weeks of your event. We allow 75% refunds up to eight weeks prior to your event date.
We allow 100% refund within 24 hour of booking. All services may be cancelled if received in writing via paper or email no later than six(6) weeks prior to the event. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed.
The Customer is not obligated to pay the balance of the invoice, unless the customer placed a custom order which was designed specifically for the event. In such cases, the customer would be contractually bound to pay the balance due on the account.
Non-Payment No services contained in this contract will be rendered, delivered, or available if balance is not paid in full prior to your event. No payments will be accepted beyond the event date. No exceptions! If payment is not received in a timely manner, Dazzle Avenue LLC (Aaron Rodriguez) will consider your rented item(s) and services available for another client’s use.
Dazzle Avenue LLC (Aaron Rodriguez) is not contractually obligated to accept payments beyond the due date, nor refund previous payments. We will schedule another client’s event on your event date if we have been unsuccessful in contacting you or obtaining a response from you regarding payment. We will attempt to contact you using all phone numbers and email addresses.
You will not receive a notice in the mail. We understand that some things happen which are out of your control and we will work with you if you experience difficulty. It is possible to modify your contract, but this must be approved by Dazzle Avenue (Aaron Rodriguez). Communicate with us! We do not want to stress you out!
Misuse of Items Upon pickup or delivery, if Dazzle Avenue LLC(Aaron Rodriguez) perceives that misuse will occur, we will NOT leave the items and no refunds will be issued.
